Pedantic and cold to the point of treating me like a child. Did not take into account my health profile, and was intent on pushing her own agenda. Similar to every other review, did not address the issue that I went in for, hyperfocused on discrete, unrelated elements of my health, and I left with a generic pamphlet on food. Requested scans, but then did not put in the actual order. Please try to see other practitioner for things outside of basic illness.

Everyone has an off day so I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. But Dr. Johnson consistently is rude, doesn’t listen and changes the topic to what she wants to talk about. Reading the other reviews, I’m not alone. The new clinic is beautiful and the staff have been great. But she is a bad fit. I will try a different provider, otherwise I will need to find another clinic.

She does not listen at all. I repeated myself seven times during my visit and each time she made a retort wholly unrelated to my issue. In the end, she never fully understood the reason for my visit and it was a wasted of my time in two separate visits.

She is not someone who is on top of your health. Blood test results for a bacterial disease was communicated to me after a month of the results being posted. The harm was already done.

I went to see this doctor for a slight adjustment to routine, non-addictive medication and came out with a condescending lecture on lifestyle, a bunch of printouts on diet, no meaningful patient education, and no actual substantive help. She spoke to me like I was a child, explained to me things that I knew (and she knew I knew); she acted as if I was incapable of understanding anything unless she explained it to me. Cold and impersonal. Offered no explanation or guidance - just referred me to the hospital. She looked at her computer longer than she looked at me. The appointment was over before I even knew it - maybe 5 minutes total. She handed me a stack of printouts and walked out. I called in advance to see if their was a Dr. at the Urgent Care that could help me. Had known they were just going to punt me over to the hospital I would have skipped this altogether. I left the office in tears.
