Pleasant staff, thorough exam, efficient office.
My visit was short, professional and friendly as all of my visits to see Dr. Chase.
She was so rude and confrontational the minute she walked in. She offered no relief for what was probably a simple issue. I’ve never been treated so rudely—I should have gotten up and walked out. Edit: not even a generic “we’re sorry” reply. She also wrote untrue comments on my electronic chart. I left Valley Health System completely because of her.
