I had lower back pain, and I tried muscle manipulation, acupuncture, physical therapy. Nothing seemed to work. Someone suggested I try acupressure with Rena at Tandem. I experienced pain relief after only a few sessions. Rena’s approach to pain should be the first line of defense instead of drugs.

It only takes a moment to realize that Rena has studied extensively and integrates multiple modalities into highly effective body work and recommendations. I have seen her a few times over the years, most recently yesterday, for an issue with my right thumb. I regard Rena as a miracle worker. She treats where the pain is coming from - not a spot that I knew it was - and it results in relief of where I actually feel the pain and the relief lasts.
