Your rating was 9 out of 10. I've had a good experience since starting in August 2024. I do really like the Allstate app as well which helps me to be a better driver. This agency was knowledgeable and friendly and happy to help me with any questions when I asked them. And my prior insurance company i was with for 7 years kept going up on prices every 6 months when I paid them so I am glad I made the switch to Allstate and thankful I contacted this office to do so.
Been a policy holder for 18 years. When Gilliam bought out the previous agent a lot of good old fashioned customer service went away. Never got a call or intro from the new agent, multiple mistakes over the last year that could have resulted in serious issues. I hope things change but a “local agent” feeling is long gone.
Long time customer that will take my business elsewhere. You pay more for Allstate so that in a time of crisis, you dont have to fight with YOUR OWN INSURANCE COMPANY. The police report stated the other driver was 100% at fault, but my own insurance company decided I was 20% at fault. Now explain that to me. Getting this issue resolved has been like a second job and I AM PAYING ALLSTSTE TO WORK AGAINST ME.
