Great workout
I am very grateful for John! If you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, correct any muscular imbalances, get stronger and faster, this is the place to be. 35 min every other day and you will notice a major difference! This is very complimentary to any other activity you incorporate such as marathons, tennis, boxing or yoga. ReNa is a local pillar!
Fantastic place and Jon is an awesome coach and leader. He’s positive, inspiring and dedicated to helping folks reach their maximum potential. His space is packed with all the motivation you need to push through the toughest half hour you can imagine! Thank you for being such an amazing mentor to so many folks, including me and my son!
