I walked in and asked what prices were and lady denied service without any explanation

I workout a lot and needed a deep massage or sports massage and the lady that gave me a massage had srrong hands. Better than most other places I usually go, will be back again and would recommend.
I was shocked to see after my massage that the sheets were not being changed, instead she remade the table and even used the same paper protector meant for your face. I was disgusted! I expected sheets to be changed between clients. The website lists prices that are not accurate. I tipped 12% rather than 20% considering what I had seen in the cleanliness and how I couldn’t get focus on my shoulders as requested.
