Rude and irrational customer service In my recent visit to New Hope Marina I was greeted by a lady with a very unpleasant tone and attitude. Upon my inquiry on a specific part and gear lube level for boat motor. She replied with "You should know this information before coming here" My response was you are the so called professionals you should be able to tell me what i need for my motor. BOAT AND MOTOR REPAIRS Paid over $650.00 to tune up my 30 HP Johnson motor and boat. Told the serviceman I wanted to be able to put it in the water and go without any problems(THREE TIMES!!!!!!) Took it out for the VERY FIRST TIME it ran sluggish and cut off after going 200 YARDS!!!!! Motor overheated and wires were melting!!!!! Had to get a tow back to the dock. Am taking it back for repairs!!! AM SEVERELY UPSET AND NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED!!!! I will update after I get my boat repaired!!!!!!!!!!
