Was out in mtb on vin gormely trail in Burlingame park today, got 3 miles out and I broke my chain. Then went to Remys cycle, asked if they could look at my bike. Josh the bike mechanic looked at it. Put new chain on and adjusted my derailleur was in and out in like 15-20 minutes. Was back out on the trails. Thank you Josh for the quick fix.
We got our umbrella repaired here today. Although it was a tough ask, they worked hard to get it done. Thank you.
Employees are very nice and helpful and help me with what I needed done very nice people
Just the best bike shop ever. We will get all of our bikes from here going forward; the customer service is stellar :)
