This place is frustrating on multiple levels. First, if you’re going to be closed for a holiday, update your hours online. Showing up because Google says you’re open just to find the doors locked is a complete waste of time and shows poor management. Second, the wig section is consistently a problem. Every time I come in, I’m left standing in the back waiting for help. No one is assigned there, no one checks on customers, and you’re forced to go track someone down yourself.
