Worst company ever to deal with. No customer service, no responding to countless emails and never answer their phone. Uncle Nick should have a long hard look at himself. Avoid at all costs.
Unhelpful and useless. SOVE CPAP is much better and more helpful
Too busy to take my money. Made a number of attempts to contact this company in the months leading up to my August 2025 overseas holiday to purchase a battery for my Z2 Auto travel machine. I knew I could order via the website, as I previously purchased 2 CPAP machines and a camping battery from them, but I had questions about cable compatibility and wanted to speak with someone first.
