Frank does a great job in telling his clients NOT to listen to their court order that a judge signed on. One occasion he advised his client to steal the other parent’s time. On another occasion he told his client to put the child in counseling without consulting with the father. In the court order he doesn’t care to follow it states, “For additional medical providers the parties AGREE to meet and CONFER”. Frank, Amy, and the team were of tremendous help at a very difficult time in my life. 2nd wife custody challenge, 3rd wife divorce, and employer violating Federal regulations. Frank heard me out and helped me out... he discovered a way to save me a great deal of time and a great deal of cost. BE CAREFUL WHOM YOU CHOOSE TO DEFEND AND REPRESENT YOU. SOME DAMAGES CANNOT ARE IRREPARABLE. Mr Remsen represented me in my divorce case. Mr Remsen's practicing law is squarely an enormous tragedy and life altering danger to the unsuspecting clients. Mr Remsen is, at best, dangerously incompetent. But I observed and believe that he is both cringingly incompetent and unimaginably malicious. And that is still an understatement.
