Hired for foundation work. Workers were nice guys. Left the front yard in not the best shape. Our biggest issue was at the end. Chris initially left us with 1 small concrete slab onto of stones as a step out our front door. This was not to code with our city inspection. We waited months for Chris to fix our front step so that it complied with city code in order for the inspection to be completed. The inspector had dropped by numerous times. I called remple foundations for a quote. The owner Chris showed up on time next day. He was very helpful, he gave a decent quote for the chimney repair and washed out brick. My foundation problem, he assured me was only cosmetic not structural. Chris took the time to explain and demonstrate how I could fix the cosmetics myself. Saved me from a larger bill, aswell as teaching me a couple things. Thanks Chris, the chimney turned out great! I wish more businesses where like Remple! I highly recommend this company!
⚠️ WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ⚠️ This company is disgusting in every sense of the word. First off, they did not complete all of the agreed upon work that was on the work order. They were supposed to remove all large peices of concrete after excavating, they did not. They were supposed to build temporary stairs to access the door to the house, again they did not. Called and spoke to Ron multiple times on the phone to schedule appointment to check foundation. Every time it was a no call and no show when it was time for him to come check.
