This team is simply the best. Its so hard to find good techs nowadays. Rachel is an absolute doll and went above and beyond to help us relay info, get parts shipped/returned coordinate onsite, and relay between for monitoring team etc. The techs are rockstars. Our systems were redesigned so the blueprints were off, and the arrays are spread over 3 buildings on the hospital.
