From my first appointment up until my (hopefully) last, I've been treated with respect and dealt with in an honest manner by Dr. Brotzmann. I had two black script tattoos removed from my back. Each appointment we went over the previous session's recovery/issues/concerns. If I ever had an issue between appointments, he responds quickly. He never promised my tattoo would be gone 100%, but he said he would try - and we got there! Dr. Brotzman has been wonderful. He's communicative, patient, and respectful. I am very happy with my decision to work with him!
Dr. Brotzman is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable with the process and stays "up to date" on the latest techniques in the business. He is reasonable and does his best to make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. I have a few more procedures and can't wait to be rid of my mistake! Without Dr. Brockman, I would've been stuck with it forever!
A+ treatment and experience. Great attention paid to client comfort during procedures and overall skin condition afterwards.
