Sorry it’s taken me nearly a month to write this but I had to do it because they were absolutely phenomenal!! Zi came out and explained the process and pricing and how long they’d take. He was fully transparent and there were literally no hidden costs. Then on the day Zi and Jesse made what is such a stressful experience a much easier one! These guys are money well spent!! Excellent customer service, highly considerate, caring and detailed. From the initial enquiry, through the whole move on the day, I couldn’t fault them. Z explained everything, checked in continuously, and treated our belongings like they were his own. He even made sure to get the kids involved along the way, and cleaned my washing machine filter for me. We also had fun and they definitely helped take the stress out of moving home. Well well worth the spend!
Seamless move into our new home and greatly recommend Removalists on the run, great effort by Zi and Jesse. Clearly spoke out details of packing and communicated well about doings. The both of them were very neat and took care of all items whilst packing and unloading. Anyone looking for value for money and stress free move they are the ones to call. From the start the booking was prompt, they arrived bang on time and started the work. Thanks again for a great job.
This company was fantastic. Very professional and very careful with my furniture. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
