If there was a 0 stars available I would give that to Karan and his team. On the day of the planned move, they arrived late with what appeared to be a smaller truck than promised. The whole move was chaotic as his team didn't appear skilled or planned. They damaged our rent home and took hours more than what had been required. Karan practically held us on ransom to pay rest of the money before they could unload fully. Promised a tax invoice upon payment. ZERO STARS Removalists had terrible communication Booked a time for 6:30-7:00am They were very late, only gave updates when I called them. Told there were issues with the truck, and they needed petrol and coffee, and someone left the light on draining the battery. Called again at 8:45 to be told the truck was out of commission. They disrupted our plans and REFUSED to return our deposit. We had to hire a Budget truck instead, which ended up costing us a lot less and was far more reliable.

With your support, my move wasn't as difficult as I had anticipated. I never once felt hurried by the movers because they were extremely kind and efficient.

Nothing was broken during the move, which wasn't often the case with previous movers.
