I was a customer there for a long time, but a change in management totally changed how things operated. Between accounting failures, illegal insurance sales without a permit, or non compliance with Arkansas mini storage consumer statutes, I would definitely NOT recommend this facility!! I have never seen a mini storage that thinks it’s their right to go through the tenant’s units and pilfer through their belongings. A complete unprofessional mess!
First of all clean and safe and secure then Nancy the amazing Manager Treats you like Family and the Owner listens to my ideas don’t you just love that deals also call and get on the deals this month you will be sooooo happy you did Amen
Great staff! They even call to remind me about upcoming monthly rent, which I need being older.
