I had a garage door serviced and the guy said the spring was bent and couldn't be straightened and that I needed new springs and a new motor urgently. I didn't have the finances and fast forward two months my garage door is sounding as noisy as it was before. Got Dean in to replace the springs (his quote was less) and to look at it and he was absolutely astonished. Be careful with this guy. My door needed a new belt and he told me it was too old to get a part, new motor needed, $1400.00 was his quote. Was there five minutes and when I told him I wasn't paying $1400 he demanded a $90 call out fee which was refundable if I paid him $1400. I did some checking and I'm glad I did, a replacement belt was available for $114.00. Also new motor and installation available through Bunnings for total of $650.

I find Dean amazing to work with, he is fast and efficient in scheduling jobs and offers a quick turnaround. His prices are the cheapest, when compared with other quotes I have sourced.
