I have to admit we have had some issues with our remote troll with the piston not sliding in and out of the way it should but every time that I have called them they have been right on top of things this is the second time they replaced it I called them in the middle of the week and told him we are headed out fishing they put it in the mail and got it to me so I was able to replace it before we went fishing the customer service is just fantastic I see that they’re having some issues with some of the parts but I’ll stick with... read more

I find these reviews laughable. We have the system on two charter boats, and have had nothing but problems with ours. We have had to replace several of the drive motors. Some of them only lasted a few hours. We checked everything we were told to check, made sure they were mounted correctly, that nothing was over tightened, and made sure our guides knew not to hold the button down when the ram had reached it's maximum. Will not return our phone calls or emails anymore. We are changing to Panther systems. EDIT: Under new owner... read more

I purchased a replacement motor in May of 2019 and wasn't able to use it much due to my wife being pregnant and not wanting to go fishing. This year we decided to go out with our baby and while de-winterizing the boat I realized the motor wouldn't turn. I contacted remote troll and spoke to Jerry. He sent me a new motor even though I was out of my 1 year warranty. I appreciate the goodwill warranty extension Jerry! They also sent it to me over night so it didn't ruin my fishing trip.
