Fine until you have to get reception to do the most minor things for you or help in any way. The psychologist has been great but the reception staff have been a nightmare every single time I've had to deal with them. You can't call, so every interaction is over emails they only respond to slowly, so you'll likely only get a reply the next day. Good service, good psychologist.
All I wanted was to someone to call me before I submitted my credit card details. Response was we don't call people! Constant texts of demanding information. AVOID and in response to remote therapy's response - I asked for someone to please call me several times before I submitted my credit card details, I did not ask for the reason they wanted my credit card details. Disgusting Customer Service!
