If I could I would give a zero star for they did not provide any service and charged my grandson almost $100. They made an appointment at a time he was to start work and he told them that. They made the call anyway ringing for about 4 rings and hung up. They took $100 from his bank account which meant they took 4 hours pay from him. This should be a criminal offence and they should be ashamed of themselves.
