My Psychologist is great. I like him a lot. What I hate, and what I am sick to death of, is businesses who are giving RUBBISH customer service, because they are either outsourcing their admin to overseas, or they are hiring half the staff that they actually need and using crappy AI to deal with the rest. An engaging therapist, we just seemed to click. Straight forward advice to follow. Good follow up as to whether I used the advice and plenty of room for further questions. I have learnt a lot and feel I can continue to grow within myself.
