Darcy came to the campground at very short notice and went out of his way to sort out our refrigeration problems in addition to fixing some other wiring issues with our camper trailer. His work was meticulous and efficient. We strongly recommend this company.
Darcy is a very poor communicator who didn’t turn up at the agreed time and would not respond to texts or phone calls. Do not use. There are far better alternatives in Kununurra.
Darcy was superb in repairing our caravan AC unit. All sorted within 24hrs. He visited us in a van park one afternoon and completed the repair the next morning. Great job.
We are doing the long road trip from Victoria, up the centre, across to Broome and down the west coast but it was only when we got to Mataranka and used the aircon on our caravan for the first time we found it was leaking condensation inside. I rang Darcy when we arrived in Kununarra and he came out first thing the following morning, removed the whole aircon unit which had only been recently installed in Victoria to inspect. He found it hadn't been properly sealed so he resealed it and reinstalled all in a couple of hours. H... read more
Darcy was fantastic. He lent us a portable fridge while we waited for a replacement caravan fridge to come from Melbourne. Great service!!
