I had called ahead of time told her it would take me 45-hour to get the she said “that’s fine call me when you’re here” and I did just that. No answer no response drove 45 minutes just to find someone else. I recommend holly in Newport News quick professional and very pleasant. Not to mention doesn’t leave you hanging
