This LHS (local hobby shop) is a great place for all your RC needs. If they don’t have it, they will get it for you. The team there are professionals and there to help! The customer service is awesome, and they help you find or fix your RC car/drone/boat/plane. Stop by, check it out.
Manager and staff are friendly. They know their craft as well.
*copied my review over from yelp* Ordered a few items from this location recently to help with some airsoft stuff. The employee there (who I believe to be the owner) was awesome in getting me exactly what I needed, while also not trying to upsell me on expensive items I didn't need. He also ordered items online for me which he didn't have in stock, without additional charge. I went in today and I was very impressed with the friendly service and the knowledgeable expertise I received for my RC needs. The wide selection of everything was equally impressive. In short, they gained a new customer because my wish list just got very long. Thanks, Remote Control Hobbies for everything!
When i started my day by going in to pick up a quad racer that i had paid for a week before there was problems with my reciept. There was no proof that i had paid for it. The owners went above and beyond by following my advice by checking the cameras for that day. They watched me count out the required amount of money on the counter and honerd the sale. Great above and beyond!
