Hired this contractor to build a small 10x12 building on a existing slab. He said it would take 18 days and after around 30 days he walked off the job because he couldn't pay his help once he exhausted the money we agreed to. Just like another reviewer he would show up late, leave early, spent too much time on his personal problems, always something. These guys show up about 10:00 am and leave at 1:00 pm. Very slow progress. I know labor is hard to come by these days, but part of being a business owner is making sure your helpers are reliable and get work done.
