DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are not a good company! They left a total remodel incomplete because they were crybabies about fixing their mistakes. They didn't want us contacting them and "threatening" the BBB, The Consumer Protection Agency, or taking legal action. We have tried to contact them several times. We have boards popping up from our new floors, and our carpet on the stairs looks worse than it did before, and NOW they have blocked our calls! We have contacted the Dept. Just moved to Omaha and Bert and Austen came the very day I moved in. My fence was built within two weeks. And it’s beautiful. Bert also went through the house for help in repairs and remodeling for the inside as well. They are the nicest and the most trustworthy company I’ve worked with. I would recommend no other!
It was a pleasure to work with these folks. They did excellent work, maintained the schedule and most importantly were polite and concerned throughout the experience. I would definitely hire them again.
Went on vacation to Texas. Needed someone to watch the house while I was gone. The videos they sent were great peace of mind. I will use them again for my next vacation.
Went on vacation to California, Aksarben home assurance made sure to look after my house while I was gone, they gave me a piece of mind while I was away knowing that my house was protected and being watched over by their team. Would highly recommend.
