I have done business with Remodel Door and More in the past. I purchased a new house and thought I would go back to them since I had such a great experience. Unfortunately, since the company changed ownership two years ago, the level of professionalism and customer service has declined significantly. The current owner, Irwin, is completely unresponsive — he does not return calls or emails, and is essentially unreachable. The glass is beautiful however no one asked me which trim I would prefer and I would not have chosen the one they installed. Also, for my down payment I was asked if I wanted it on a card or check I said card. When I went to pay the remainder of the bill I was told there would be a 3% charge for the card so I paid the rest with a check. However I was charged the 3% on the first half of the bill. Also, I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks and it was finally installed on the 10th week. Too many problems to recommend their cus... read more
