I recently used Remodel and Renovate to perform work on a guest room shower and some upstairs windows. For the shower, they replaced grout with caulk where it was cracked and letting water seep. I was concerned all the tile would need to be replaced, but after thorough inspection, Gar told me that caulk (not grout, as in my shower) should be used where two planes meet. Used Remodel and Renovate to find and fix a leak coming from my upstairs master bath and coming down and spotting the downstairs nook ceiling. Repair involved finding the source of the leak and ultimately hving to remove the tub, replace the osb underneath, replacing the defective tub faucet and reinstalling new piping/lines for that faucet. After that repair then they needed to reinstall Tile tub surround with grout and silicone around the tub then paint the walls and trim in that bathroom and our guest bathroom upstairs. I... read more
