Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and polite. Took a HP laptop to Jamie (apologies if incorrect spelling) due to suddenly not powering on. I was in a bit of a state as have a dissertation to submit in 2 weeks time and was quite upset. He expedited the repair and was really empathetic to the urgency. I got a message less than 3 hours later explaining he had fixed it and explained the issue.
