This drum head and drums is WONDERFUL. My drumheads sound BETTER than Evan’s drumheads. They are just so good. Love this brand

Like their drumheads. Terrible customer service. Already dealt with your customer service. 1 email back every 24 hours at the end of the business day, so moving at a snail’s pace. Service rep not helpful. Update: they helped me out by sending me a new product. There was still a slow pace on the back and forth communication, but I got what I needed. I did send my mailing address in the communication, and they ended up sending it to my work place address, which was listed in previous emails. But, it’s here and they did help ou... read more

I am updating my previous 1 star review. I was contacted by Brian and Chris this morning and they have sent the parts via UPS and have also sent me a t-shirt. Thank you for making it right. My wife and I both own small businesses and can appreciate the effort to make the customer happy. Thanks again and I look forward to purchasing more Remo drumming products.
