Great service.
He is so honest. Even if it means less money for himself. We have had to call him twice about dishwashers. The first time he said, it's going to cost almost as much to fix this as it would to buy another one and this one is bottom of the line cheap dishwasher so you may as well buy a new nicer one. Then our new nice one kept not running and I called a different company because Remo was busy and it was the day after Thanksgiving and I had 5000 dishes. Huge mistake. They tried to screw us. Timely, respectful, knowledgeable. Called ahead to confirm appointment. Thorough with his assessment and repairs. He also used great care in wearing a mask and sanitizing hands upon immediately coming inside and ensuring I too would be wearing a mask.
