Apparently Yahoo email domains can't actually receive the automated emails they send. So, I can't reset my password and I can't use the one password login feature either. The "customer service" chat was anything but. Thank goodness this loan is closed and I won't have to deal with them again after filing taxes.
They are absolutely terrible. They are the worst company to do any loaning business with. I would highly advise anyone to not use them. They have dicked me around with trying to buy a house after they received there down payment. I had to switch lenders. Do not use them if you want to close on a house on your closing date. Absolutely terrifying be company.
Terrible communication, over promised and under-delivered! Almost lost a client over your company!

STAY AWAY!! If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the WORST. AEs do absolutely nothing and customer service takes weeks to get a response. I personally have no idea how this company is still in business.
