horrible repair man, he threatens the tenants just because he;s not in the mood to do his job.
HORRIBLE experience living here. I rent from Tammy and she takes more than 1-2 days to reply usually. She moved us into a home that is FILLED with BLACK MOLD, so she obviously does not do "safety checks"(like stated on her home page) before renters move in. I currently have no heat and she's making us wait till tomorrow to get it fixed (my house is at 45 degrees and dropping, also told her about it at 6'oclock so she had time to get some one to fix it.) I was a tenant 2016-2017 and I had an overall good experience! She's super understanding and reasonable. Rent is a fair price. My only complaint is the heat is the winter was difficult to maintain. But hey, the house was 100+ years old so it's to be expected!
