They’re not always on time to pick you up from an appointment, it seems like they have too many booked at the same time. I would recommend you having them wait instead of “will call when done”. I would also recommend Remjoy have cards for the drivers so you have their cel phone number
I was hung up on twice by the employer because I was asking where my ride was at that was scheduled and has been scheduled at the same time every day for pickup and yet is never is on time at the same pickup time . Isn't there a pickup time for a reason? Someone who lacks in patience and interpersonal communication skills should not be a secretary at a front desk dealing with ppl who have valid frustrations and concerns regarding employers lack of reliability at a scheduled set time . I thought rem joy was a good company when I started but as time would tell to save money, they wanted you to take an hour lunch and clock out. then take a 30 min break and clock out just to save money. I reported several times of how bad this company is they been fined several times I wouldn't even put my loved one in any of their vans. They do not care about safety as I reported it several times but I will let you be the judge of it
