It’s taking me a lot to leave this review around Christmas time but I would not recommend this place. I went there for a silk press and they had no idea what they were doing. They tried to send me out with frizzy hair. And tried to gas light me into thinking it was my hair but as I told them I had been doing this for over 10 yrs. After telling them to just do the plastic wrap method. Mind you I know it shouldn’t have been necessary after paying 200 up front and having a steam treatment. My friend and I found Root Awakening my happenstance. We drove almost an hour to get here and it WAS worth the drive!! Cute little salon boutique in the heart of Old downtown Humble. We came for the scalp cleanse and we were NOT disappointed!! 1st let's talk about the full body massage chair that you are laying on while getting your hair cleansed!!
