This was one of our local favorites until our most recent visit where the spaghetti was watery/soupy and had a different taste than all the other times I've been there. Bummer because I liked the sauce before.
Pasta was way too soupy. We got the carbonara before and really enjoyed it, but today it was soupy and gross. not worth 50 dollars. The atmosphere wasn't great- we could barely hear each other over the people at the bar and the waitress brought us our check before we even got our entree forgetting that we hadn't even finished eating.
Great place with great food, service, and atmosphere. You can watch them making the food and can tell they had their process dialed in. We were wanting good, authentic food and that's what we got.
My review is strictly about their take out service. Food is always good, that is not the problem. I ordered a lasagna for 2, chicken piccata for 2, salad for 4, and a cheesesteak sub. I paid over $150 to feed 5 people. I get home and the take out servings for 2 look like what you would get in restaurant for 1 serving. Small, round take out platter.
