If I could give no stars I would - these people do not sell a good product and do not believe in customer satisfaction. We got one e-screen installed by them for our large sliding window and it turned out to be a disaster. They used the wrong size support beam causing the entire screen to sag and wrinkle more and more each day. On top of that there are multiple subtle lines running through them which they themselves indicated is a defect.
