This apartment has a very long history of being a very neglected by the owners. There’s multiple stairs that are falling apart, not like wobbly but like the cement is falling out of the bottom and there are large holes in some of them. A lot of the metal on the stairs have rusted so bad to the point we’re I would 100% be afraid to even touch them.
