This facility has been bought by Regency and it lost everything that made it a good place to rehab. They lost my IDs, the food was inedible and not healthy, the staff never passed messages to the administration and caseworker that I needed to talk to them, and they had ants. Avoid this place.
With the conclusion of Rehab Week I want to again give Kudos to the Physical Therapist who went above and beyond in helping me regaining mobility to knee after knee replacement they are Anna, Augustine, Aricely, Gloria, Mari and Richard. Special Shout Out to Augustin who twice notice my BP was high and brought it to the nurse attention. These individuals have a heart of gold and a servant’s heart and should be recognize for their work!
