Won’t honor their warranty. Making up additional T&Cs that aren’t in the warranty policy. Edit: They’re happy to accuse me of being a scammer but still can’t reference a condition of their warranty policy I haven’t met.
I purchased the 30 watt-1,970 CFM attic fan with hybrid adapter to replace a very loud 1,500 CFM fan. I was skeptical at first but i must say, this fan draws out some heat! It runs very smoothly and quiet. When i connected the adapter after a few days (had to turn my elec line to an outlet), the fan wouldn't run. One e-mail with a very quick response, customer service sent me a replacement adapter. I couldn't be happier now. I use about 68% less electricity, and on cloudy days or hot evenings, the adapter kicks in and does t... read more
