Bad experience from shipping to customer service. Needed insoles for a race. Shipped to wrong address and they couldn't do anything to correct it but refund me. Will just pay more in store than use website again.
Awful place to work. I'm in great shape, and this place made me so sore I could barely move after my shifts. My muscles were so sore, that just sounds made them hurt even more when I got home. It made me feel like I was destroying my body. I was put on a machine where you have to put a pair of insoles on a conveyor belt every two seconds. One right and one left every two seconds. How this place ever got to be one of the top places to work baffles me....so many snooty people work in the production department and most won't give you the time of day but will talk about you behind your back....I noticed the women who work there have their own little click set up and they will try to get guys fired or let go as soon as possible for no good reason...they will lie and tell others your not fit or you work to slow...I lasted 5 weeks before I was let go and I am glad to be out of there....very hectic,toxic and... read more
