The elevator in my apartment building has been broken for an entire damn year and nothing has still happened. The HOA/board of directors has yet to do a damn thing in fixing the elevator. It’s disgusting the level of incompetence and ineptitude that has been shown. If you are thinking about living here, do not make that mistake.
This place claims they are handicapped accessable and they are not in any way shape or form...
Beautiful grounds and great location and charming, even if older, buildings. Remington Post has a down-to-earth sense of community that retains ties to Boulder of years (even decades) past.
Best apartment/condominium complex in Boulder. Diverse group of people, with a well maintained pool and clubhouse. Plenty of trees
