I have had great experience dealing with Remington home leisure. I purchased a hot tub from them 3 years ago. Recently I needed to get one of the nobs that control the jets fixed. The service technician was on time, knowledgeable and took a few extra minutes to show me how to fix it myself. I also receive great in-store service every time I go in.
Unless they know what was problem. I can’t wait next spring , and try my new pool. Good luck on your business!
Professional and friendly. Contacted them for pool closure. Went out of their way to accommodate my request although I was not a regular customer. Great communication before, during and after the service. Highly recommended
Had my hot tub delivered on June 20/22 The delivery people were not professional at all Hot tub Keys and spare screws were left on my deck ,when they were adding the chemicals to the water they basically just put the chemicals in without measuring and when my wife asked questions she was told that they didn’t need to measure due to he had done this so often he knew how much to put in One of the delivery staff also was spitting all around my yard Now I have a problem with a jet on the tub I was told they will look at it when ... read more
