I wanted to thank Remington Home Leisure for their fantastic service on my hot tub. Long story short, this summer I was dealing with several leaks under my hot tub. Jeremy from the crew really went meticulously seeking, locating, and fixing each issue. I feel very fortunate to have found Remington Home Leisure, especially since many other companies were unwilling to work on this particular brand. Excellent service throughout the year (Caleb is fantastic) and especially opening and closing our in-ground. Very professional, prompt communication.
Purchased a “BRAND NEW” hot tub at the end of July. Was told $5000 deposit to hold the new one in warehouse as they only had one instock and other was demo. Was installed last Wednesday. Notice scratches on rim of hot tub and toenail in hot tub. Also LED lights stopped working on one side of unit. They did come and fix LEDs right away. When I went into store to do water test notice demo was gone. When questioned, Terry told me they sold the warehouse one and mine is the demo unit.
