Second hotub I've purchased from Remington's over the past few years. Great service, and very knowledgeable on chemicals and hotub living! They are always helpful when I have water balancing questions even years after the tub purchase!
Had great service from here until they hired a new employee. Was double charged on an invoice when I called to notify them she made me drive in there from out of town just to tell me she was not authorized to process a refund on a bill they charged me twice on. Fast forward to another bill which apparently did not go through properly on their end the same employee called my work phone 8 months later to notify me that this bill didnt go through i told her i would look into it and then proceeded to blow up a company phone over... read more
