Really poor care in the Assisted Living area. The turnover is unbelievable and within year they had three different nurses, multiple changes in the kitchen, cleaning crew and CNA's. Sometimes medicine is not given in a timely manner or at all. The documentation is not complete and each staff on duty has different story of what they can and cannot do. In addition, the prices are raised often and the level of care is not defined in any document to the residents or family members. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.
Very poor care in the Assisted Living area. Constant nurse turnover and medicine is not given on a regular basis. They give multiple answers for level of care. Prices are raised more than once a year. Would not recommend anyone using the Assisted Living area. When your older parents are complaining about care, believe them.
