Got here at 8:52am on Thursday December 3rd and it's now 9:30am and nobody is here. If you're going to advertise that you open at a certain time then be professional and come on time. I have things to do and you're messing with my time. Also, how are you going to advertise "Buy one get one FREE" but don't follow through? You charged me $45.00 for one Brazilian 14" bundle and I was SUPPOSED to get the other one FREE but you tried to charge me for ANOTHER bundle and the total came up to $89.00.
