I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Lin-Lin Remenar of Crystal Healthcare. She was dismissive and cold during our visit, making us feel unheard. Whenever we expressed concerns about our child's health, she quickly jumped to a diagnosis without taking the time to fully listen to all the details. The appointment felt rushed, lasting no more than 10 minutes, and her lack of empathy and professionalism left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the care we received.
Dr Remenar is incredible! We had an awful experience with a different provider who made us feel stupid for asking questions. Dr Remenar has never made us feel like that. My son was born with high medical needs, and Dr Remenar has been instrumental in his growth and development. We love her.
