I had a very bad experience at the pharmacy , the pharmacy has a very rude old female assistant, very dull, has no respect to her customers, no manners, giving recommendations thinking herself a pharmacist, I think I had a kind of racism as she treated me very badly because of my accent, not recommended at all .
Hoping this review finds the mangers of this store. I usually have an easy time getting my husbands prescription refilled but my last visit was the worst experience ever. He had forgotten his debit card at the house and I had cash in my wallet. The lady working started screaming at us saying she isn’t taking cash because she had already closed her register so debit was the only possible option. Giving this experience one star because it won’t let me post without but it’s truly a ZERO. And this is because the woman behind the counter I believe named Becky was EXTREMELY rude!!!! She refused to help me because of racist remarks that were made by her towards me and my son, as well as trying to over charge me on my child’s medication. The pharmacy team here goes above and beyond to help patients. I switched pharmacies briefly, and it was such a mistake. No one cares like this pharmacy team cares! They are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to know their patients.
