I dearly love The Surrey House. I have all my life. My Grandmother worked there in the 30's. My mother worked there in the 40's. My best friend worked there in the 60's. I supplied the large photos of Harrison's history on display throughout the restaurant. It's a bit of class and a culinary delight in Harrison my hometown. If I had financing I would recondition the building, put in the latest equipment in the restaurant and bar, set up shops and offices on the second floor and put in a Museum of Harrison and Clare County's ... read more

Service was good but cook needs to learn to make omelettes. Mine was flat eggs on top of a heap on veggies (mostly onions).
Food is great! Jenn is a GREAT server!
My family and I ate the Surrey House and had a great time. The food was wonderful and the staff very friendly. Their prices are very reasonable and we'll be going back soon!
