Male client here. Felt totally welcome and at ease. Coco was so sweet, setting up time and giving me the details. Very professional staff, but a very relaxed environment. I did a more intense, expensive facial option, it was around $265. It was great. They did the deep cleaning and extractions that I wanted, but never went too hard and I came out looking great, not any redness or any idea at all that I had been so deep cleaned. Amazing. I had the absolute best waxing experience today at Remedy Spa! My family and I just relocated to the island and arrived yesterday, so finding a great waxing service right away was at the top of my list. I have been waxing for quite sometime and I made the commitment to stop shaving for good! I don't typically write reviews but I’ve been waxing for almost 3 years, and I’ve never had as great of an experience getting a Brazilian, leg, and underarm wax as I did at Remedy Spa Hawaii. I recently moved to Honolulu, and KC made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly meticulous throughout the entire service, while ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way! Whether it’s your first wax or you’ve been waxing for years, I cannot recommend KC enough. I’ll definitely be back. 11/10! 🤍
My esthetician was so sweet & kind. I got the BTS membership, it is such a great deal for emsculpt! & it also came along with a few free treatments as well! Can’t believe I haven’t found this place sooner! The spa is sooo beautiful & luxurious as well 😍
