I was a loyal customer of Maddy’s for a long time. I referred multiple people to her business and always tipped her generously. However, she is not loyal to her customers. I switched my apt time several times to accommodate her schedule. But when the roles reversed she was unwilling to accommodate my schedule and referred me to a waitlist.
