Terrible customer service. I made an appointment through their website. Late the next day I got an email saying they cancelled the appointment and I should call them to reschedule. I called the next morning -- got an automated answer saying to lleave a message or text them. I left I message that I was going to text them., which I did as soon as I hung up the phone. No response by mid-day, so I called again. I got the same automated answer, so I left a detailed voicemail about why I was calling, giving my phone number twice. ... read more

Had my first appointment at Remedy this week and I am SO happy I found the cutest little salon in Allen! If you are looking for amazing cut, color and friendly environment this is your dream place! Color is gorgeous and 2 days later I still love the blow out! Thank you Remedy!

Savannah has been doing my hair for awhile now, and she is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! So professional yet relatable, and she just makes you feel so welcomed and taken care of! Aside from the excellent experience, she is also ridiculously talented and manages my crazy hair with skill and poise. I’ve been so impressed by her salon!! 10/10 highly recommend 🙌🏽👌🏽
